Abbeydale Road, Sheffield
Abbeydale Road is a bustling lively street in the city of Sheffield; a street I walk down most days. As a personal project, I created an illustrated street view of the road using a variety of medium to create a textured, vibrant map of the local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants that stand out to me.

All elements were drawn by hand using watercolour, gouache, wax, ink and pencil crayon before being digitalised so that the map can be used for a variety of purposes and sizes. The colour palette created was chosen to reflect an evening down Abbeydale road, bringing a lively sense of colour to the street.
