Santa & Co Design, Sainsbury’s & Habitat
A series of illustrations featuring Santa and his friends as well as a hand lettered font. The brief was to create individual illustrations that could then be used to create scenes as well as a repeating pattern. The pattern was then going to be applied to a variety of homeware items for the Christmas season. A hand lettered font was also created so that typed phrases could be created as well as a selection of phrases written out in calligraphy style hand lettering.
I provided the design with a soft pink background which was applied to a number of products as well as a dark green and beige background to give the pattern versatility and so it could be used on multiple product types.

All elements were drawn by hand using watercolour before being digitalised so that the illustration can be used for a variety of purposes and sizes.
